You have a return label? Stick it on the package and drop off the ready-to-ship package at a branch, sales point, or parcel locker.

Use the original or a sturdy box, remove old address labels, and attach the return label.

Drop off return

Drop off the package at a DHL branch or a parcel locker.

Refund / Credit

Approx. 14 days after we receive the return, you will receive your credit. Return status in the DHL portal

Can I also return an item purchased online at a Fressnapf store?

You can only return your order in the store if you had it delivered there via Click & Collect.
